We've got you. If you're on our Green Care+ or Green Signature plan, we'll replace it at no cost as part of your plant guarantee. On the Green Essentials plan, replacements are available for a fee.

It's our way of standing behind our care. If we've installed the plants and you're on a qualifying plan, we guarantee they'll stay healthy, and we'll replace them if they don't. If you already have plants from another provider, we'll care for them with love and offer a discounted replacement when needed. Once we've installed new plants, the plant guarantee kicks in.

Absolutely. Just give us 30 days' notice. We know business needs change, and we'll make the transition easy.

Most installations are completed in one day. Larger or more complex spaces may take longer, but we'll always let you know what to expect ahead of time.

We specialize in living plant design, but if you need a few high-quality faux pieces for low-light or high-traffic areas, we can incorporate them thoughtfully.

Every space is unique, so we take a few key factors into account to create a quote that fits your needs. These include the number of plants, their size and type, how they're arranged (grouped together or spread out), and how accessible your space is (e.g. parking, or long walking distances).
